Hawkins expands Dallas-Fort Worth footprint with Eagle Labs acquisition
HWKN•Hawkins completed its acquisition of Eagle Labs’ assets, adding two Texas locations and bringing its in-state water treatment network to seven facilities.
1. Texas expansion
The acquisition expands Hawkins’ water treatment footprint in the Dallas-Fort Worth region. Eagle Labs supplies water treatment products directly to Texas customers and has in-house manufacturing capability; Hawkins entered the Texas market in fiscal 2022.
