FUL•H.B. Fuller rejects Ancora proposal
H.B. Fuller FUL.N said on Monday it had rejected activist investor Ancora Holdings' unsolicited, non-binding proposal to acquire its Building Adhesives Solutions business.
Ancora earlier this month had proposed to buy Fuller's unit for as much as $1.2 billion in cash.
