Health Canada approves AbbVie’s EPKINLY combo for relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma in adults
ABBV•Health Canada approved AbbVie’s EPKINLY (epcoritamab) with lenalidomide and rituximab for adults with relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma. In Phase III EPCORE FL-1, the combination was associated with a 79% lower risk of progression or death than lenalidomide and rituximab alone.
1. Approval and trial results
Health Canada cleared EPKINLY with lenalidomide and rituximab for adults with grade 1-3A relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma who have received at least one prior systemic therapy. Phase III EPCORE FL-1 showed a 79% lower risk of progression or death with the combination versus lenalidomide and rituximab alone.
