Health In Tech appointed Sanjay Shrestha CEO, effective October 20, 2026. Founder Tim Johnson will become executive chairman on the same date.

1. Leadership transition

Shrestha previously served as Plug Power president, a company board member and strategic adviser to the board. As CEO, he will oversee operating performance, commercial expansion and strategic acquisitions, while Johnson focuses on long-term strategy, technology innovation and product development.
