HealthLynked launched an enterprise pilot with Palm Beach Accountable Care Organization to test its AI patient engagement platform in PBACO practices.
PBACO network covers about 10,000 clinicians serving more than 325,000 Medicare beneficiaries across 32 states and the District of Columbia.
Pilot metrics include patient engagement, scheduling efficiency, onboarding adoption, administrative workload reduction, satisfaction, care coordination and operational performance tied to value-based care.
Successful results could support broader deployment talks across accountable care groups, Medicare Advantage plans, commercial insurers, employers and physician groups.
