Tradewinds Universal signed its first technology licensing deal, a non-exclusive agreement for its communications platform in Latin America’s nightlife market.

Terms include a non-refundable USD 50,000 deposit, plus a negotiated share of revenue generated through partners under the license.

The contract includes a 90-day probation period to assess execution, partner onboarding, and platform deployment.

Management expects revenue to reach seven figures in the near term if the licensee delivers on its rollout plan.
