It holds FAA and EASA Part 145 repair station certifications and specializes in MRO of APUs, landing gear, wheels and brakes, pneumatics, hydraulics, fuel and lighting systems, along with OEM-authorized distribution and engineering services.

The acquisition bolsters HEICO’s defense-focused MRO offerings, adding Sherwood’s technical expertise and existing OEM relationships for platforms such as the C-130, CH-47, F-15, F-16 and UH-60.
