HPAI•Helport AI’s H1 FY2026 revenue rose 7.7% to $17.7M and average monthly AI Assist users increased 16.8% to 37,908, while net loss widened to $1.7M from $1.1M driven by higher R&D and credit losses. The company launched HyprX, demoed TwinX, expanded global hubs and partnered with QuickCEP.
1. H1 FY2026 Financial Results
Helport AI reported revenue of $17.7 million for the six months ended December 31, 2025, up 7.7% year-over-year, with average monthly AI Assist users rising 16.8% to 37,908. Gross profit was stable at $9.1 million, while net loss widened to $1.7 million due to higher R&D spending and credit losses, and operating cash flow improved to $5.0 million.
2. Product Launches and Partnerships
In January 2026 Helport AI launched HyprX, a digital twin software engine, and in March demonstrated TwinX for supervising multiple AI agents. The company entered a strategic partnership with QuickCEP in April to jointly develop managed AI agent solutions, expecting this collaboration to drive revenue growth from fiscal 2027.
3. Global Expansion and Outlook
The company expanded its global multilingual delivery infrastructure with hubs in the Philippines, Mexico, Thailand and Indonesia and entered new verticals including e-commerce, logistics and intelligent consumer products. Management expects continued enterprise adoption of its AI Labor System and AI+BPO solutions across insurance, finance and customer engagement operations to fuel future revenue growth.
