1. Finance leadership change
Emmanuel Caprais will become Henry Schein’s senior vice president and CFO on Nov. 4, 2026, after starting as senior financial advisor on Oct. 12. He was ITT’s senior vice president and CFO from 2020 until May 2026. Current CFO Ronald N. South will move to a senior advisory role effective Nov. 4.
2. Planned leadership roles
Henry Schein expects to add a chief strategy and transformation officer role to its leadership team. Plans also include a technology leadership post covering AI implementation, data and broader technology needs.
