Herc Holdings released its 2026 Corporate Citizenship Report, covering progress across sustainability initiatives in 2025 and early 2026.
- Set 2035 targets: TRIR 0.60, 100,000 volunteer hours, and a 30% cut in Scope 1, 2 and select Scope 3 emissions intensity.
- Reported TRIR 0.93 and rolled out an AI-enabled safe-driving program for company-operated vehicles.
- Telematics reached 78% of the fleet; hybrid, electric and alternative-fuel equipment rose to 45% of the fleet.
- Logged 486,000 training hours and about 4,300 volunteer hours.
