
The Hershey Company appoints Heather Hoytink as U.S. President, effective July 8, 2026, leveraging her 20-year commercial leadership at PepsiCo to oversee end-to-end execution across its $11.7 billion confection, salty and protein portfolio. Hershey expects her customer partnerships and disciplined execution to accelerate growth in omnichannel and away-from-home channels.
Heather Hoytink will assume the role of President, U.S., at The Hershey Company on July 8, 2026. She succeeds in overseeing the strategic direction and performance of Hershey’s domestic business.
Hoytink brings more than 20 years of sales, operations and commercial leadership at PepsiCo, most recently as Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer for U.S. Away From Home Beverages. She previously drove sustained topline growth and margin expansion as President of PepsiCo’s South Division.
In her new role, Hoytink will have end-to-end accountability for Hershey’s U.S. commercial operations across confection, salty snacks and protein products. She will align category execution, merchandising and customer engagement to maximize retail partnerships.
Hoytink will implement the ONE Hershey commercial model, unifying channels to deliver greater value to retailers and consumers. Her focus on omnichannel, digital and away-from-home channels aims to unlock new growth opportunities and reinforce iconic brand presence.
