Hershey Trust Co, trustee for Milton Hershey School, sold 19,000 Hershey common shares on Sept. 17-18.
The sales were priced at about $166.77-$171.34 per share.
Directly held common shares fell to 766,119 after the transactions. The trustee also reported 39,630 common shares held indirectly.
The trust continues to hold 54,612,012 Class B common shares, convertible share-for-share into common stock.
