Adjusted Corporate EBITDA climbed to $81 million from $18 million; adjusted net loss narrowed to $47 million from $91 million.
Total RPD increased 9% to $61.98; adjusted DOE per transaction day rose 4% to $37.49, lifting the RPD-DOE spread 17% year over year.
Total utilization edged up 0.8 percentage points to 79%; recalls were about 300% higher year over year, impacting nearly 15,000 vehicles.
Liquidity ended the quarter at $984 million; Oro drivers logged more than 6 million miles, with an Uber robotaxi partnership set to start later this year.
