Hertz unit HVF III prices USD 834.75 million rental car ABS note offering

Hertz’s HVF III unit issued USD 834.75 million of fixed-rate rental car asset-backed notes across Series 2026-3 and 2026-4.

• Unaffiliated investors bought USD 357.75 million of Series 2026-3 Class A-D notes, priced at 5.51% to 9.62%.
• Unaffiliated investors bought USD 477 million of Series 2026-4 Class A-D notes, priced at 5.87% to 10.7%.
• Hertz purchased the Class E tranches totaling USD 40.25 million, carrying 10.33% and 11.35% coupons.
• Proceeds repaid amounts outstanding on HVF III’s Series 2021-A variable funding notes, with remaining funds earmarked for U.S. fleet financing.
