Hesai Group Achieves RMB3.03B 2025 Revenue, Sets 3–3.5M Shipment Guidance
Hesai Group achieved RMB3,027.6 million revenue, 1.62 million lidar shipments and RMB435.9 million net income in 2025, its first full-year GAAP profit. It holds over 40% market share in long-range automotive lidar, will scale capacity to over 4 million units in 2026 and targets 3–3.5 million shipments next year.
1. Financial Results
In the fourth quarter, Hesai recorded RMB1,000.5 million in revenue with 631,095 lidar units shipped and RMB153.2 million net income. For full-year 2025, revenue reached RMB3,027.6 million, shipments totaled 1,620,406 units and net income was RMB435.9 million, reflecting 46% revenue growth year-over-year.
2. Profitability and Market Position
2025 marked the first time a lidar company achieved full-year GAAP profitability, with non-GAAP net income of RMB551 million. Hesai secured over 40% share of the long-range automotive lidar market and ranked No.1 across major robotics submarkets, strengthening its leadership position.
3. Production Capacity and Outlook
To meet surging demand, Hesai is scaling annual production capacity above 4 million units in 2026 and has raised its shipment guidance to 3–3.5 million units for the year. New flagship lidar products are slated to launch in the coming months, targeting multi-lidar L3 and mass-market applications.
4. Strategic Partnerships and Design Wins
Hesai was selected as the primary lidar partner for NVIDIA DRIVE Hyperion 10 and appointed Grab as its exclusive distributor in Southeast Asia. Domestically, it secured design wins with all top ten Chinese OEMs, plus major robotics clients, and holds a backlog exceeding 10 million lidar units in robotic lawn mowers.
