HF Sinclair said Executive Vice President, General Counsel Eric Nitcher will retire from his executive officer role effective July 31, 2026.
Nitcher is expected to stay on as an employee through end-2026 to support the transition in an advisory capacity. A successor will be named later.
The retirement was not tied to any disagreement with the company or its board.
