Polaryx Therapeutics schedules its annual shareholder meeting for Sept. 10, 2026, to be held virtually via live webcast.
Shareholders will vote to elect two Class I directors, Alex Yang and Mitchel Berger, to terms running through the 2029 annual meeting.
The meeting will also vote on ratifying Grant Thornton as independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2026.
