1. Hi-View Resources to Change Trading Symbol
Hi-View Resources Inc. announced that it will complete a change of its OTCQB trading symbol from “HVWRF” to “GXLD” effective January 12, 2025. The company’s common shares will begin trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the new symbol “GXLD” on that date. This rebranding follows Hi-View’s strategic shift toward its copper-gold asset portfolio and is intended to strengthen its market identity as it advances exploration in northern British Columbia’s Toodoggone region. Hi-View controls over 27,791 hectares of prospective ground, including the Golden Stranger, Lawyers and Borealis projects, and holds additional option agreements on Saunders, Northern Claims, Nub and Harmon Peak. CEO R. Nick Horsley said the symbol change underscores the company’s commitment to disciplined capital management, responsible exploration and long-term shareholder value as it prepares for the next phase of growth.
