High Tide buys Chestermere cannabis store for $670,000 cash
HITI•High Tide completed the acquisition of an established cannabis store in Chestermere, Alberta, for $670,000 cash. The deal closed Oct. 8 and brings the retailer’s footprint to 234 Canadian locations, including 93 in Alberta.

High Tide closed the acquisition on Oct. 8, 2026. The store at 100 Rainbow Road will be rebranded under the Canna Cabana banner.
2. Valuation and footprint
The purchase price represents 2.1 times annualized adjusted EBITDA. The store generated about $316,000 in adjusted EBITDA for the three months ended Aug. 31, 2026, and the acquisition lifts High Tide’s footprint to 234 locations in Canada, including 93 in Alberta.
