Hilton Grand Vacations breaks ground on Ocean Reserve resort in Myrtle Beach, targets Q2 2028 opening
HGV•Ocean Reserve resort development begins in Myrtle Beach
Hilton Grand Vacations launched Ocean Reserve, a new oceanfront resort development in Myrtle Beach, its fourth property in the market.
The project includes 227 one- to three-bedroom suites and is positioned next to Ocean 22 with shared access to amenities across both properties.
Construction started in December 2025; first occupancy is targeted for Q2 2028.
Timeshare sales for the resort began in July 2026.
