Hilton signs Maravé Manuel Antonio LXR resort, branded residences in Costa Rica, targets 2029 opening
HLT•HLT•HLT•HLT•Hilton signed Maravé Manuel Antonio under its LXR Hotels & Resorts brand, marking LXR’s planned debut in Costa Rica.
The project targets a 2029 opening on a nearly 40-acre titled beachfront site with 650 feet of Pacific frontage near Manuel Antonio.
Development calls for 173 units, including 57 hotel accommodations and 116 fully furnished branded residences overlooking the Pacific.
Residential sales are slated to start in fall 2026; construction completion is expected in late 2028.
