Hims & Hers expanded its subscriber benefits by adding eight new partners—Natural Cycles, MyFitnessPal, Ladder, PVOLVE Studios, HelloFresh, Factor, Flo Health and Dexcom—to join founding partners Prenuvo and Eight Sleep. The program now features 10 brands across nutrition, fitness, women’s health and metabolic monitoring, offering subscribers perks such as three free months of iFIT ($59.97 value), three free months of Ladder ($89.97 value), 15% off MyFitnessPal Premium+, 11 free meals from HelloFresh, 50% off Factor’s first box plus a year of free breakfasts, 40% off Flo Health and a 28-day trial of Natural Cycles.
2. Global Telehealth Expansion Financing
Hims & Hers is pursuing international growth through its $1.15B acquisition of Australia’s Eucalyptus telehealth platform, funded by $350M in zero-coupon convertible debt. This deal comes after a significant May earnings miss that drove shares down 18% since the earnings call and contributed to a one-year share decline exceeding 50%, while high short interest of 31.4% underscores investor concern over its growth trajectory and regulatory risks in the U.S.
