Hinge Health signed a definitive agreement to acquire virtual digestive care provider Cylinder Health for $105 million in cash.
The deal expands Hinge Health beyond musculoskeletal and migraine programs, with an integrated GI Care Program targeted for a 2027 launch.
Cylinder reports nearly 100 clients covering 2 million lives, partnerships with two of the three largest PBMs, and relationships with three top-five self-insured health plans.
The transaction is expected to close in Q3 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
Health Catalyst Capital Management LLC invested in Cylinder in 2023 through its Fund II.
