Hinge Health reached a definitive agreement to buy virtual digestive care provider Cylinder Health for $105 million in cash.
The deal expands Hinge Health into gastrointestinal care, adding a GI program alongside its MSK and migraine offerings.
Cylinder Health client base and planned launch
Cylinder has nearly 100 clients across 2 million lives, partnerships with two of the three largest PBMs, and relationships with three top-five self-insured health plans.
The combined offering is expected to launch in a single app in 2027. Closing is expected in Q3 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
