Holland America Line opens bookings for expanded 2028 Europe cruise season

Holland America Line opened bookings for its 2028 Europe season, expanding sailings across Northern Europe, the Mediterranean and the Canary Islands.

The program runs January through early December 2028, deploying five ships across the region, including Nieuw Amsterdam’s return to Europe.

Holland America expects its highest Europe port-call volume in nearly a decade, citing record visit levels in Norway, Spain, Ireland and the Netherlands.

Itineraries range from seven days to 48 days, including transatlantic crossings intended to extend the Europe season beyond summer peaks.
