Holley posted Q2 2026 net sales growth of 3.2% to $172 million, while GAAP results turned to a net loss of $2.4 million.
Adjusted net income rose to $24 million; adjusted EBITDA slipped to $33.8 million, pushing adjusted EBITDA margin down 2.3 percentage points to 19.6%.
Cash flow and asset sale impact
Operating cash flow increased to $47.1 million; free cash flow climbed to $40.9 million.
Results included a $28.3 million loss on the sale of non-core assets tied to its portfolio rebalancing initiative, including the sale of Restoration brands.
