Home Bancorp names Darren Guidry CEO effective Jan. 8, 2027

Darren E. Guidry will become CEO of Home Bancorp and Home Bank on Jan. 8, 2027, succeeding John W. Bordelon, who will retire that day.

1. CEO succession

Home Bancorp CEO John W. Bordelon will retire from the company and Home Bank on Jan. 8, 2027. Darren E. Guidry will succeed him as CEO of both entities on the same date. Guidry joined the organization in 1993 and became president of both entities on July 1, 2026.
