On April 27, 2026, Honeywell’s Board of Directors approved a quarterly dividend of $1.19 per share on common stock. The dividend will be paid on June 5, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 15, 2026, using surplus funds.

Honeywell announced that Senior Vice President and CFO Mike Stepniak will present at the Wolfe Research Global Transportation and Industrials Conference in New York City on May 19, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. EDT.
