Hope Bancorp extends CEO Kevin Kim employment agreement through August 2031

Hope Bancorp extended CEO Kevin S. Kim’s employment agreement, keeping him as president and CEO of the company and Bank of Hope.

• The initial term now runs through Aug. 31, 2031, unless ended earlier under the agreement.
• Automatic renewals cannot extend the term beyond Aug. 31, 2033.
