Horizon Technology Finance declares Q4 2026 distributions totaling $0.27 per share

Horizon Technology Finance declared regular monthly cash distributions of $0.06 a share for October, November and December 2026.
It also declared special monthly cash distributions of $0.03 a share for the same months, funded from spillover income.
Total distributions for the quarter are $0.27 a share, including $0.18 regular and $0.09 special.
Ex-dividend dates are Sept. 16, Oct. 16 and Nov. 17, with payments set for Oct. 15, Nov. 16 and Dec. 15.
