Hotel101 Global JV to Develop 770-Room Bangkok Property with Bt1.9bn Revenue
HBNB•Hotel101 Global Holdings has signed binding joint venture agreements to develop a roughly 770-room property in Bangkok through its Philippine-listed parent DoubleDragon. The Bangkok project is projected to generate approximately Bt1.9 billion (USD 58 million) in sales revenue upon full unit disposition.

Hotel101 Global Holdings, a unit of Philippine-listed DoubleDragon, has entered binding agreements for a joint venture to develop a 770-room hotel in Bangkok. The structure of the venture formalizes collaboration on land acquisition, design approvals and construction planning.

The planned property will comprise approximately 770 guest rooms and related amenities. Management forecasts Bt1.9 billion (USD 58 million) in total sales revenue after all units are sold, anchored by pre-sales and leasing contracts.
