2025 Sustainability Report highlights

Hovnanian Enterprises issued its 2025 sustainability report, adding limited assurance for Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse-gas emissions.

Reported 2025 emissions of 5,610 metric tons CO2e (Scope 1), 22,630 (Scope 2, location-based), and 1.02 million (Scope 3).
GHG intensity fell to 163 metric tons CO2e per home delivery, from 206 in 2024.
Energy-efficiency metrics improved, with an average HERS Index score of 53 for homes delivered outside California.
Solar panels were included on 13% of home deliveries, covering all 836 homes delivered in California.
