HSBC Holdings bought 18 Fnac Darty shares on Aug. 24 at EUR 34.6, an AMF filing showed.
Holding rose to 392,710 shares and voting rights following the transaction.
HSBC also reduced a long position by 18 equity swaps on the same day at EUR 34.6.
