HSBC•HKEX disclosure shows recent buybacks and cancellation
HSBC filed a next-day disclosure return to HKEX showing 2,134,609 shares repurchased in the UK, cancelled on Aug. 21.
- Buybacks were executed at GBP 15.26 per share on Aug. 18 and GBP 15.13 on Aug. 19.
- Issued shares fell to 17,172,643,257 at the end of Aug. 21 from 17,174,777,866 at the start of Aug. 20.
