HSBC priced CNY 4 billion of senior unsecured notes in two tranches under its debt issuance programme.
- The offering comprised CNY 2.5 billion of 1.95% fixed-rate notes due 2030, ISIN HK0001325320.
- The second tranche was CNY 1.5 billion of 2.3% fixed-rate notes due 2034, ISIN HK0001325338.
- The notes were admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange Main Market on Aug. 28, 2026.
