The agreement focuses on AI-driven wealth management, financial crime risk mitigation and frontline decision support, with HSBC set to enable 200 additional AI tasks over the next two years on top of its 600 existing Google Cloud applications.
3. Revenue and Efficiency Goals
HSBC and Google Cloud will identify priority projects each capable of generating over $100 million in revenue gains or efficiency improvements, aligning with HSBC’s strategy to increase automation and cost savings through AI.
