HCAI•Huachen AI Parking Management Technology Holding will hold an extraordinary general meeting in Shanghai on Oct. 13, 2026, where shareholders will consider reducing Class B voting rights from 200 votes to 30 per share and consolidating Class A and Class B shares 20-for-1.
