HUB Cyber Security gets Nasdaq notice for falling below $35 million market value requirement
HUBC•HUB Cyber Security received a Nasdaq deficiency notice for failing to maintain a $35 million minimum market value of listed securities. It has until March 22, 2027, to regain compliance; its shares continue trading on Nasdaq.
1. Compliance deadline
Nasdaq gave the company 180 days, until March 22, 2027, to meet Listing Rule 5550(b)(2). Compliance requires market value of listed securities of at least $35 million for 10 consecutive business days.
2. Trading continues
The company’s shares continue trading on Nasdaq. Failure to cure the deficiency by the deadline could trigger a delisting notice, which the company can challenge by requesting a hearing that stays delisting.
