All nine Hudbay director nominees were elected at the May 19, 2026 AGM with FOR votes ranging from 242.48 million to 257.48 million and approval rates between 94.02% and 99.84%. John E.F. Armstrong and Laura Tyler topped support at 99.84% and 99.82% respectively.

Hudbay elected all nine nominees at its May 19, 2026 AGM, with FOR votes per director ranging from 242.48 million (George E. Lafond) to 257.48 million (John E.F. Armstrong) and approval percentages spanning 94.02% to 99.84%. Jeane L. Hull, Carin S. Knickel and David S. Smith also exceeded 99% support.

2. Board Composition and Operational Oversight

The nine elected directors will govern Hudbay’s core operations at the Constancia mine in Peru, the Snow Lake operations in Manitoba and the Copper Mountain mine in British Columbia, while guiding development of the Copper World, Cactus and Mason growth projects in the United States.
