Humacyte adds Scott Coward to board, names him to audit committee
HUMA•Humacyte added Scott Coward and Paul Kuznik to its board as it expands the Symvess launch and prepares an ATEV dialysis-access launch. Coward was named to the audit committee, and Kuznik to the commercial committee.

2. Directors’ experience
Coward was an executive at Exact Sciences from 2015 to 2022 and served on its board through March 2026. He joined K&L Gates in July 2026. Kuznik was CEO and a director at Bolton Medical from 2015 to 2018, then led Terumo Aortic’s U.S. and North America units through 2023.
