Lantheus dosed the first patient in SPARROW, a Phase 2/3 registrational study of LNTH-2401 PET imaging in prostate cancer. The study aims to assess whether the GRPR-targeted approach can help detect and characterize prostate cancer as a complement to PSMA imaging. Phase 3 is expected to enroll about 400 participants; no clinical results were presented, and the study is designed to generate data for a future diagnostic performance readout.
