Par Pacific names Jerry Stumbo EVP of refining and logistics
PARR•Par Pacific appointed Jerry Stumbo executive vice president of refining and logistics, effective Sept. 28, 2026; he succeeds Richard Creamer, who will serve as senior advisor until his planned retirement on April 1, 2027.

Stumbo most recently ran Valero’s Port Arthur, Texas, refinery as vice president and general manager. Creamer will serve as senior advisor until his planned retirement on April 1, 2027.
