HUMA•Humacyte said interim Phase 3 V012 results for its acellular tissue engineered vessel in female dialysis-access patients are scheduled for a late-breaking oral presentation on Oct. 22, 2026. The readout supports a planned supplemental BLA to expand Symvess’s label for hemodialysis arteriovenous access, targeted this quarter.

2. Trial and filing plans
The randomized trial compares the device with an autogenous arteriovenous fistula to assess whether it offers a better access option for women. Humacyte said the readout supports a planned supplemental BLA to expand the Symvess label into hemodialysis arteriovenous access, targeted this quarter.
