2. Secured Major Master Services Agreement
The company entered a 10-year master services agreement initially covering 20 MW of critical AI compute capacity with rights to an additional 32 MW; if extended through two five-year options, the contract could generate in excess of $3 billion in revenue.
3. Upcoming Stockholder Conference Call on ACG Divestiture
Hyperscale Data will host a third-quarter stockholder conference call to discuss the strategic rationale, proposed structure and timing of the planned Ault Capital Group divestiture, along with its long-term growth strategy and capital allocation priorities.
