Aya delivered a record 1.68 million silver equivalent ounces in Q2-2026, marking a 61% year-over-year increase and 12% quarter-over-quarter gain. This performance includes 0.19 million AgEq ounces from the newly commissioned Boumadine pyrite reclaim operation, underscoring the impact of recent asset additions.
2. Zgounder Operational Metrics
The Zgounder silver mine achieved 1.49 million ounces in Q2-2026, a 43% year-over-year and 18% quarter-over-quarter rise. Processing averaged 3,889 tonnes per day at 141 g/t Ag with a combined recovery of 91.2%, while mining operations averaged a record 4,880 tpd across open-pit and underground operations.
3. Boumadine Reclaim Advancement
Boumadine processed 17,153 tonnes of pyrite to produce 187,784 AgEq ounces, contributing 0.19 million to consolidated output. Despite a 21% QoQ drop in processed tonnage, the operation maintained robust silver and gold grades, positioning it for anticipated throughput optimization.
