A Michigan data center agreement targets an initial 20 MW deployment, with options to reach 52 MW over 20 years and more than $3 billion in total contract revenue if all options are exercised.
1. 2027 outlook reiterated
Hyperscale Data said its outlook reflects operating plans, expected customer deployments, projected digital-asset initiatives, anticipated financing activities and portfolio business performance. Its Michigan campus plan targets more than 300 MW of total power capacity, subject to financing, approvals, utility agreements, infrastructure and demand.
