IAMGOLD named Catherine McLeod-Seltzer to its board, effective Sept. 1, 2026.
McLeod-Seltzer sits on Teck Resources and Flow Capital boards. She previously chaired Kinross Gold from 2019 to 2025.
She co-founded Bear Creek Mining, Arequipa Resources, Lucara Diamond, and Peru Copper. Arequipa was acquired for more than USD 1.1 billion.
