The company reported a 600% increase in annual recurring revenue and 134% growth in its customer base over the past year, with IBM listed among its flagship Fortune 500 clients.

2. Pasqal SPAC Deal And Quantum Network

Pasqal, a French neutral atom quantum computing developer, agreed to merge with SPAC Bleichroeder Acquisition Corp II at a $2 billion pre-money valuation, creating a pro forma market cap of $2.6 billion. The transaction, set to close in H2 2026 pending regulatory and shareholder approvals, will list the combined firm on Nasdaq and Euronext Paris and integrates IBM into its global quantum computing network.
