Icahn Enterprises posted a net loss attributable to Icahn Enterprises of $355 million in Q2 2026, widening from a $165 million loss a year earlier.
Net sales rose 25.58% to $2.98 billion, while consolidated net loss widened to $388 million from $201 million.
Investment segment net loss attributable to Icahn Enterprises deepened to $238 million from $16 million, with Investment Funds returning (10.9)% versus (0.5)%.
Energy net sales climbed 55% to $2.75 billion, swinging to net income attributable to Icahn Enterprises of $7 million from a $84 million loss.
Automotive net sales fell 4% to $354 million; a $700 million sale of Pep Boys to Mavis was announced post-quarter, expected to close in coming months.
