ICE partners with Trade[XYZ] to bring perpetual futures markets to US
ICE•Intercontinental Exchange signed a definitive agreement with Trade[XYZ] to bring its Hyperliquid-based perpetual markets to the United States, subject to regulatory approvals.
1. Agreement and market plans
Intercontinental Exchange will exclusively operate Trade[XYZ]'s regulated markets, with plans for a dedicated retail market and clearing structure. A strategic investment will support the agreement, and an ICE-OKX joint venture is expected to distribute the contracts, subject to approvals.
